General Provisions

These Terms of Service (hereinafter — "Terms") govern the use of the website bmoptimize.com (hereinafter — "Site") and the provision of services.

The owner of the Site and service provider is SIA BMOptimize, reg. no. 40203359436 (hereinafter — "we", "BMOptimize").

By using the Site or ordering services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or order services.

Description of Services

BMOptimize provides Claude Code memory system setup and maintenance services at two levels:

• Setup (EUR 1,000) - a one-time payment for building a full memory system on your own VPS, migrating your existing materials, and handover within 3 weeks
• Workspace Optimization (EUR 250/month) - a monthly subscription for ongoing system improvement, entity map expansion, and coaching as your business grows

Service content and pricing may be changed. The price and conditions in effect at the time of order are binding for both parties.

Booking and Payment

Service booking and payment are processed through the Cal.com platform with Stripe payment processing.

• Setup - payment is made at the time of booking
• Workspace Optimization - a monthly subscription, billed each month, cancellable at any time
• Payments are processed through Stripe - we do not receive or store your full card details

Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a money-back guarantee for the Setup (EUR 1,000) service.

• If by the end of the week-3 handoff call the system does not successfully retrieve and inject the right context in your real sessions, you receive a full refund
• Refunds are processed within 48 hours of request
• The guarantee does not apply to the Workspace Optimization subscription - it is an ongoing service that can be cancelled at any time, not a one-time deliverable with a fixed checkpoint

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Session cancellation and rescheduling are handled according to Cal.com platform conditions.

• Sessions can be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time
• Cancellation less than 24 hours before the session — refund is not guaranteed
• No-show without prior notice — payment is not refunded

Intellectual Property

All content published on the BMOptimize website (text, design, logos, images) is the intellectual property of SIA BMOptimize.

The memory system we install, and its configuration, is your property, hosted on your own VPS.

Your client data, project information, and decisions remain your property and stay on your own infrastructure. We do not retain copies of your data after setup is complete.

Limitation of Liability

BMOptimize services are consultative and technical in nature. We do our best to provide quality assistance, but:

• We do not guarantee the system will catch every contextual nuance without further tuning
• We are not liable for losses caused by disruptions to third-party services (Cal.com, Stripe, your VPS provider)
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages exceeding the amount paid for the service
• You are responsible for the security of your VPS and creating backups

Site Usage

By using the Site, you agree to:

• Not provide false or misleading information during booking
• Not use the Site for illegal purposes
• Not disrupt the Site's operation or attempt to gain unauthorized access
• Not use automated tools for bulk downloading of Site content

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia.

In case of a dispute, the parties shall first attempt to reach an agreement through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be resolved in the courts of the Republic of Latvia in accordance with applicable law.

Changes to These Terms

We may periodically update these Terms. We will notify of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page.

By continuing to use the Site after changes, you agree to the updated Terms.
