General Provisions

These Terms of Service (hereinafter — "Terms") govern the use of the website bmoptimize.com (hereinafter — "Site") and the provision of services.

The owner of the Site and service provider is SIA BMOptimize, reg. no. 40203359436 (hereinafter — "we", "BMOptimize").

By using the Site or ordering services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or order services.

Description of Services

BMOptimize provides n8n automation consultation services at three levels:

• Quick Fix (EUR 79) — a 45-minute online session to identify and fix a specific n8n workflow issue
• Deep Optimization (EUR 349) — in-depth review of your n8n setup, optimization, error handling improvements, and a 1-hour training/handoff call
• Custom Development (from EUR 1,000) — full n8n automation development based on individual assessment. Starts with a free 30-minute discovery call

Service content and pricing may be changed. The price and conditions in effect at the time of order are binding for both parties.

Booking and Payment

Service booking and payment are processed through the Cal.com platform with Stripe payment processing.

• Quick Fix and Deep Optimization — payment is made at the time of booking
• Custom Development — the discovery call is free; further payment is agreed upon individually after project assessment
• Payments are processed through Stripe — we do not receive or store your full card details

Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a money-back guarantee for the Quick Fix (EUR 79) and Deep Optimization (EUR 349) services.

• If we are unable to solve your problem during the session, you receive a full refund
• Refunds are processed within 48 hours of request
• The guarantee does not apply to issues outside the n8n platform (e.g., third-party API limitations or server configuration problems)
• The guarantee does not apply to the Custom Development service — terms for this service are agreed upon individually

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Session cancellation and rescheduling are handled according to Cal.com platform conditions.

• Sessions can be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time
• Cancellation less than 24 hours before the session — refund is not guaranteed
• No-show without prior notice — payment is not refunded

Intellectual Property

All content published on the BMOptimize website (text, design, logos, images) is the intellectual property of SIA BMOptimize.

Advice and solutions provided during consultation sessions are intended for your personal or business use. You are free to use them in your own n8n setups.

Your n8n workflows and data remain your property. We do not request access to your n8n instance and do not retain copies of your workflows.

Limitation of Liability

BMOptimize services are consultative in nature. We do our best to provide quality assistance, but:

• We do not guarantee that every n8n issue can be resolved within a single session
• We are not liable for losses caused by disruptions to third-party services (Cal.com, Stripe, n8n)
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages exceeding the amount paid for the service
• You are responsible for the security of your n8n setup and creating backups before the session

Site Usage

By using the Site, you agree to:

• Not provide false or misleading information during booking
• Not use the Site for illegal purposes
• Not disrupt the Site's operation or attempt to gain unauthorized access
• Not use automated tools for bulk downloading of Site content

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia.

In case of a dispute, the parties shall first attempt to reach an agreement through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be resolved in the courts of the Republic of Latvia in accordance with applicable law.

Changes to These Terms

We may periodically update these Terms. We will notify of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page.

By continuing to use the Site after changes, you agree to the updated Terms.
