Data We Collect

We collect the following data:

  • Analytics cookies — Google Analytics (_ga, _gid) and Meta Pixel (_fbp, _fbc) cookies, set only after your consent
  • Booking data — when you book a consultation through Cal.com, we receive your name, email address, and chosen time slot
  • Payment data — Stripe processes your payment card data. We do not receive or store your full card details
  • Usage data — visited sections, scroll depth, and interaction with site elements (only with your consent)

Legal Basis for Processing

We process your data based on the following legal grounds:

  • Consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) — for analytics cookies. You may withdraw consent at any time by clicking the cookie settings button in the bottom-left corner of the site
  • Performance of a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) — for processing booking and payment data to provide the service you ordered
  • Legitimate interests (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) — for site security and essential functionality

  • Cal.com — online booking system. Cal.com processes your name, email, and chosen time according to its privacy policy: https://cal.com/privacy
  • Stripe — payment processing. Stripe processes your payment data according to its privacy policy: https://stripe.com/privacy. We do not receive your full card details
  • Google Analytics — site visit analysis. Data is processed on Google servers: https://policies.google.com/privacy
  • Meta (Facebook) Pixel — advertising campaign effectiveness measurement. Data is processed on Meta servers: https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy

Data Retention

We retain your data for the following periods:

  • Analytics data — according to Google Analytics and Meta Pixel default retention periods (up to 26 months)
  • Booking data — Cal.com retains booking data according to its own data retention policy
  • Payment data — Stripe retains transaction records in accordance with regulatory requirements
  • Cookie consent — your preference is stored in your browser's local storage without expiration

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights:

  • Right of access (Art. 15) — request information about your processed data
  • Right to rectification (Art. 16) — request correction of inaccurate data
  • Right to erasure (Art. 17) — request deletion of your data
  • Right to restriction of processing (Art. 18) — request restriction of data processing
  • Right to data portability (Art. 20) — receive your data in a structured format
  • Right to object (Art. 21) — object to processing based on legitimate interests

We ensure the protection of your data with the following measures:

All data transmission occurs through encrypted HTTPS connections. Payment data is processed by Stripe, which complies with PCI DSS standards. We do not store sensitive data on our own servers.
